We are pleased to announce the addition of the Midwest Big 10 Late Model Series to our schedule on the night of Friday August 6th. Joining the late models that night will be Modifieds, Street Stocks and Pony Stocks. A 5th class may be added in the future as the date approaches.
The Big 10 series consists of a series of 10 races throughout the summer at selected Central Illinois tracks, including Macon Speedway, Shepps Speedway and Jacksonville Speedway. The series includes a larger payout to the feature winner and a season point fund. Last year’s champion was Steve Sheppard Jr. who won 8 of the series’ 10 races and took home a bonus of $3,000 as series champion.
