Jeff Hicks, owner of the Joey Moughan 8H sprint car, would like to dedicate the team’s win to fellow soldier Matthew Weikert from Jacksonville, Il who was killed July 17, 2010 while fighting the Global War on Terrorism in Afghanistan. Jeff sends out his deepest sympathy to the family and friends and ultimately thanks Matt for making the highest sacrifice for our country. Matt was a true hero and will be missed by all.
