The Midwest’s two premier open wheel series take the track on the same night this Friday at Jacksonville Speedway for the Herb Barlow Memorial presented by Barney’s Pub and Pizza. The MOWA Sprint Car Series joins with the POWRi National Midgets and Miros in their first joint appearance of the year. Also in action are Street Stocks and Hornets.
Many drivers are expected to do double duty Friday in both Sprints and Midgets including 2014 Herb Barlow Memorial sprint car winner Bryan Clauson and Rico Abreu, who can count a World of Outlaws victory among his 2014 accomplishements.
Gates open at 5:00, Hot Laps at 6:15 and racing at 7:00. Adult admission is $20. Ages 11-18 $7 and kids 10 and under are Free.
