RV Parking Should be the North End of above picture well past area marked “VIP Entrance”

Entrance Locations/Details:

• Pit Pass:  Enter at pit shack/pit entrance (Gate #1 on Map).  Pit shack will open at 3:00.  If you are a fan, go to the main window.   Race teams/staff/officials go to the rear of the pit shack.  Pit passes are $50.  All race teams will receive up to 4 pit passes for $40.  Those with pit passes must watch from the pit side of the track and will not be allowed into main grandstand seating area.   Pit passes can use facilities under the grandstand for food/beverage/restrooms – but must sit in the pit bleachers instead of the main grandstand.
• VIP: Enter on side door of Pavilion Building North of Grandstand (Gate #4 on Map).  Opens at 3:30. Show your VIP ticket, sign pit waiver, and get an armband that also allows access to the pits.  You will receive a meal and complementary draft beer, tea or lemonade starting at 4:00.  Band will begin roughly 4:15.  Your seats have been saved/marked with tape.  Look at seating chart upon arrival and visit your seat to confirm.   VIP closes at roughly 6:15 at start of hot laps.  Complementary Food/Beverage is only during VIP party until hot laps then the building will close.
• General Admission Advance Tickets: Enter at patio gate North of grandstand (Gate #3 on Map).  Have your physical ticket or e-ticket (printed, or on phone to be scanned).   Enter grandstand and find a seat location that is NOT marked reserved.
• Walk-Up Tickets:  Enter at main ticket window in center of grandstand (Gate #2 on Map).  Opens at 4:30.

Seating Note:
If you mistakenly sit an a marked reserved seating location, you will be asked to move at some point – likely when fewer prime seats are available, so follow the rules please.   The seats marked reserved are for those who purchased our VIP tickets and they were allowed first priority on seating.  Yes, most of them chose an aisle but there are plenty of available seats in the grandstand for everyone in attendance.  There are over 1,600 2ft spaces excluding the VIP reserved seats and we are only selling 1,000 total General Admission tickets.  There is plenty of room for you.  Please be respectful and only take up roughly 2ft of space per seat (more than enough).   Realize that the grandstand will appear full at first glance, but there is plenty of room to sit.

Handicapped/Disabled Seating:
Please contact Kenny Dobson well in advance of the event to arrange reserved seating on the first row or a box for wheelchair well in advance.  Please don’t wait until the day of the event.   Call or text 217-371-3653.
