There will be something for everyone this Friday night at Jacksonville Speedway. On tap are Midwest Technical Institute Modifieds, Street Stocks, Hornets and Micros. Street Stock pay will increase to $300 to win and $70 to start with a field of 16 or more cars and Hornet pay will increase to $200 to win and $30 to start with 16 or more participants.
Friday will also feature fun for some fans as we have Spectator Races. Eight fans have volunteered to race the street cars they drove to the race track in a bracket style one-on-one matchups. The winner of the spectator races will receive $100 and a trophy.
Our grandstand bar will be featuring $1,50 16 ounce cans of Natural Light all night while they last and we will have plenty of them on hand.
Grandstand admission is $12, ages 11-18 only $7 and kids 10 and under are free.
Gates open at 5:00. Hot laps at 6:15 with racing at 7:00.
